Most of printers are from AMAZON Return, and some from the over-sea warehouse you can directely buy it and report the damage to us. Then we would send you the damage parts.

We recommend people who are familar to MSLA 3d printer, they can exchange the damage parts independently.

We will send you the exchange parts within 2 working days after we got your damage report.

We didn't get any damage report from Amazon FBA delivery centre, but we can gurantee that you can run your printer after exchange some new accessories.
