1.How it Process?: Most of printers are from AMAZON Return, and some from the over-sea warehouse you can directely buy it and report the damage to us. Then we would send you the damage parts.

2.Am I suitable for buying used items?: We recommend people who are familar to MSLA 3d printer, they can exchange the damage parts independently.

3.How long can i get the parts?: We will send you the exchange parts within 2 working days after we got your damage report.

4.How is the damage of the product?: We didn't get any damage report from Amazon FBA delivery centre, but we can gurantee that you can run your printer after exchange some new accessories.
